The airline permits passengers to cancel a booking up to three hours before the departure of the flight. And passengers can follow the steps below to form cancellation:
Log into WIZZ Profile.
Select the reservation that you simply wish to cancel.
Select the passengers for whom the cancellation will apply (in case you would like to cancel the reservation for all passengers, you'll select all passengers within the same process).
Confirm the cancellation and settle payment associated with the cancellation if applicable.
Please note that just in case the first reservation was fully or partially paid with a WIZZ voucher, the cancellation of the reservation is feasible just for all passengers and every one flights at an equivalent time.
According to Wizz Air Cancellation Policy the airline will inform the passengers. Moreover, the passenger can re-book the flight or get a refund, consistent with their preference.
